In this photo, Charlie preps large weldments before being painted. We have three large paint booths for traditional coatings which allow us to have flexibility in our finishing solutions.
We have two large spray booths for electrostatic powder coating in addition to 3 ovens for curing.
One of the most import steps in successful powder coating is making sure that your surface is clean and we have that covered. We have a separate cleaning area with 5 dip tanks used for pre treatment in addition to a manual spray booth for large weldments.
Throughout years of operation, we have created an efficient process for handling material finishing. On the rack, you can see a pair of blower housings that were manufactured in house.
