Utilizing the precision of our laser cutting technology, we are able to tab and slot multiple thicknesses to minimize fixturing and weld time, providing consistent assembly. Our six axis CNC press brakes allow us repeatedly form a wide variety of material thicknesses.
Our extensive experience with Solidworks 3D design, along with knowledgeable programmers, allows us to maximize efficiency of our sheet metal processes.
We have the capability to complete the full process for you, all in house. In this scenario, we were able to cut, form, weld, powder coat, assemble, and test for this customer who is an OEM for industrial equipment.
After the sheet metal has been laser cut and formed with our CNC press brakes, and the structural steel has been cut to length, one of our skilled welders, Kyle is able to precisely TIG weld these pieces together.

The wide range of jobs that we take on affords us the ability to carry many different materials and sizes, in house. Our 10-tier laser tower takes this a step further, allowing us to efficiently change out materials on our laser table.
Our Controlled Automation Plasma & machining center combo allows us to plasma cut up to 3 ¼” material & torch cut up to 6” thick plate steel with a table size of 10’ x 24’. In the background you can see many heavy plate components that have been cut.
